Coloma-Lotus Chamber Membership

Thank you for your interest in joining the Coloma-Lotus Chamber of Commerce! We welcome all businesses offering services in the Coloma-Lotus area. In addition, we offer memberships for local individuals and families. Business membership dues include a listing in our printed brochure and in either the Coloma Valley Directory or the American River Directory.

We are in the middle of our 2007 membership drive. If you are currently a member, your updated information and invoice should have arrived in the mail in late December, 2006. If you are not currently a member, or if you didn't receive an invoice, please contact us and we will send you an application.

2007 Membership Dues Structure

Our business membership plans give you 3 great options for marketing your business. For the budget-conscious, our Basic membership is still priced at $40 per year, including basic listings in our printed Coloma-Lotus Guide and Internet web directory.

Promoting a web site? The $75/year Standard membership adds to this a description and a link to your site in the web directory.

And if it's important that your business stands out in the crowd, consider a $125/year Premium membership, with priority placement and enhanced graphics in both web and print.

Individual and Family memberships are still priced at $5 and $10, respectively.

Coloma-Lotus Guide Business Directory

Over 20,000 copies of our fabulous full-color 2006 Coloma-Lotus Guide were distributed this year at Marshall Park, other tourist destinations, member businesses, and the El Dorado County Chamber office. The Guide features a business directory, illustrated map, articles and photos showcasing all that our area has to offer, and ads for member businesses. Advertising starts at $175. Standard and Premium members qualify for ad discounts.

Deadline for directory listings and ads in the 2007 Guide is February 23, 2007, so that we can begin distribution in early April. Top placement for Guide ads and Premium listings is on a first-come, first-served basis. So don't delay, reserve your spot today!

Coloma Valley and American River Web Directories

Every month 5,000-10,000 people visit the coloma.com and theamericanriver.com web sites, seeking information about the Coloma-Lotus area, gold rush history, whitewater sports on the South Fork, and local services. They find convenient, printable lists of local businesses in the Coloma Valley Directory and the American River Directory. All our Chamber members receive at least a name/phone listing. Premium members are featured at the top of each category with a logo or other attention-getting graphic. Make sure you're included!
