An abreviated businees meeting was held to address and pass motions on three issues:
1. Coloma Blues Live:
CLCC will accept compensation of $3000 from EDAC to serve beer, provide volunteer food and count tickets by weight (qty/oz).
2. EDC Chamber of Commerce Membership:
CLCC will join EDC Chamber of Commerce. CLCC will pay flat fee of $1000 for administrative services and will receive liability insurance with riders as required.
3. Executive Advisory Committee:
Advisory Committee will consist of a President, Secretary and up to seven members. Members will be selected on the basis of principles of continuity (attend 3 out of 5 last meetings or 5 meetings per year), responsibility and inclusiveness. Nominations approved were Marjorie Sanborn for President and Bob Dalton for Secretary.
A very nice holiday potluck dinner was enjoyed by all. Special thanks to Kathleen Ash for hosting the meeting and dinner.
